Silvateam has a new CEO. His name is Massimiliano “Max” Bonzo, who held the same role at JRS subsidiary Silvateam Ingredients. “We are confident that Max will continue to lead Silvateam’s innovation and growth. He will guide us toward sustainable, excellence-driven goals in the near future”, the company says.
Silvateam has a new CEO
With a Linkedin post (from which the photo is taken), Silveatem announced the arrival of its new CEO. The company, based in San Michele di Mondovì (Cuneo, Italy) is active (but not only) in the production of plant extracts used in leather tanning. Th entity has decided to promote to the role of CEO Max Bonzo, who takes over from Fabrizio Donegà.

Bonzo graduated from the Milan Polytechnic with a degree in engineering, and then furthered his knowledge at Harvard, Imperial College and IESE. “Max’s experience, strategic vision and unwavering commitment made him the natural choice to lead Silvateam”, the company writes. Prior to his new position, Bonzo led JRS Silvateam Ingredients, a company formed through a collaboration between Silvateam and the JRS Group. During his tenure (October 2019 – August 2024), the company posted +75% organic growth.
