The Days at Lineapelle New York were inspiring. On Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30, the Big Apple welcomed exhibitors and visitors to an event that sought to test the current sentiment of the American market. Result? Very real interest, as seen in the photogallery below. But, also, a sharing of ideas that expressed the transitional moment in the U.S., all tense about Donald Trump’s moves.

Lineapelle New York
In the spaces of the Metropolitan Pavilion in Manhattan, more than 100 companies – mainly tanneries – displayed their sample collections dedicated to the Spring-Summer 2026 season. The main topic, developed by the Lineapelle Fashion Committee was: My Head In The Clouds: an invitation to “dream big. A way to recognize the positive qualities of an open and free mind, capable of going beyond limits”. Creative limits, of course. Not least because the market is still bearing the impact of a very complicated economic situation. Not only that, the shadow of the new trade war, which Trump seems intent on unleashing, doesn’t make things any easier: far from it.
Goodbye in Milan
Having put New York and – earlier – London (held on January 21) on file, all eyes now turn to Milan, where Lineapelle 105 will be held from February 25 to 27. More than 1,100 exhibitors and the usual, packed agenda of events designed to enrich visitors’ fair experience. See you at Fiera Milano Rho.
