Première Vision Paris is bringing forward the dates, confirming a decision taken before the outbreak of the pandemic, and then put on hold. The move, in fact, was supposed to take place as early as 2021, but Covid cancelled it. So, here are the new dates for 2022: February 8-10 and July 5-7. The now hybrid show will take place physically at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte, and online at Première Vision website (Digital Show).
Première Vision Paris anticipates the dates
Première Vision implements in 2022 what it should have done in 2021. In 2020, the Institut Français de la Mode, on behalf of the organisers of the French fair, conducted a Europe-wide survey. The results, as reported by fibre2fashion.com, showed that 72% of respondents were in favour of bringing the dates forward to late January/early February (rather than mid-February), and 69% would have preferred the event to take place in early July (rather than mid-September). These results were confirmed by a further survey of Première Vision’s clients in 2021.
The 2022 agenda
The new dates are as follows: February 8-10, 2022, for the Spring-Summer 2023 collections, July 5-7, 2022, for the Fall-Winter 2023/2024 collections.
