The appointment is set, the dates are in the diary. The next edition of Lineapelle will take place at Fieramilano Rho from Tuesday 20 to Thursday 22 September 2022. And it will not be an edition like the others because it is the one in which the “business experience that has become a reference point for the entire global fashion & luxury industry” celebrates itself. It could not be otherwise, as it will round the mark of its “100 editions of the future”.
Lineapelle celebrates 100 editions of the future
As stated in a note, “Lineapelle will celebrate its 100 editions of the future with an exhibition project built on enhancing its international leadership“. A “dimension of excellence declined” in the choice of image and slogan that you see in the picture on the left. “In the image of the concentric signs of the trunk of a tree, we recognise the symbols of a solid naturalness and the metaphor of a circularity that has always represented the status quo of leather, Lineapelle’s core product. The slogan Back To The Next, on the other hand, gives voice to the deeper identity of the fair and its evolutionary approach”. A mission “that, in 50 years, while respecting its tradition, has not stopped exploring new horizons. Lineapelle 100 (which will present the trends for autumn-winter 23/24), therefore, restarts from itself to go – as always – beyond itself”.
The wish for a new normality
“Next September – comments Lineapelle president Gianni Russo – we will reach the important and significant goal of 100 editions. We hope that this will represent a return to newfound normality. These 100 editions have taught us a lot, including how, with constancy and continuity, to build our future, the future of Lineapelle, its exhibitors, and visitors. Lineapelle 100 will also be an edition reiterating the strategic importance of systemically developing fair trade synergies. For example, with Simac Tanning Tech. In fact, the exhibition of technologies for the tanning, footwear and leather goods industry will be held in the halls of Fieramilano Rho in close conjunction with Lineapelle.
