ILM has been confirmed. The leather goods German fair will take place, as per schedule, in Offenbach, on September 5-7. They have also announced 2021 dates: the exhibition event will be on the agenda at the beginning of March and September. “It is a fixed date. There is no need to postpone ILM until the end of the month”, firmly commented Arnd Hinrich Kappe, chief manager of the Offenbach Messe.

Fashion LM has been confirmedshows and exhibitions are going to enjoy a recovery throughout September. Likewise, ILM have confirmed its September edition in the international fair agenda. “We are very optimistic and excited because the fair will take place, as per schedule, on the usual date. Of course, we are going to implement all necessary measures with regard to health, sanitation and safe social distancing, which will apply to exhibitors and visitors. At this point, nothing can possibly hinder a great and successful edition”, remarked Kappe.
The results of a survey
The fair organizers made public, in a press release, they carried out a survey engaging both exhibitors and visitors. Such is the result: leather trade operators consider the scheduled date to be appropriate. While soundly relying on this awareness, ILM announced 2021 agenda. The exhibition will take place on March 6-8 (as regards summer 2022) and on September 4-6 (as regards winter 2022-2023). “Such dates, scheduled at the beginning of March and September, traditionally proved to be very successful and rewarding, as they suit the whole industry”, pointed out Kappe.
