Lineapelle Virtual Show: online with Meet & Match on March 23-24

An opportunity to meet to the nth degree. Digital, inevitably. But which stands as a prelude to a hoped-for return to the physical shows. Lineapelle launches “Meet & Match. A Virtual Show”, a digital event that will go online on March 23 and 24. But it also has other news to announce. The first is the one that reiterates the in presence appointment at Fieramilano Rho, scheduled on September 22-24, 2021. The second is the one that announces the beginning of a physical roadshow to promote the materials of the Trend Area for summer 2022. But let’s go in order.

Meet & Match. A Virtual Show

“After the first edition in September 2020 – writes Lineapelle -, the streaming schedule is back in a new guise, that will allow exhibitors to connect with their global community”. As Fulvia Bacchi, CEO of the show explains, “We found ourselves in the middle of a pandemic to rethink how to continue to promote companies, and maintain our role as a reference fashion hub for the fashion & luxury system. Meet & Match. Virtual Show by Lineapelle was thus born in the wake of this design desire, and the need to keep the relationship with all our stakeholders alive”.

The schedule

The digital Meet & Match schedule will take place on March 23-24, 2021, along 4 paths. The first is called Brand Now: “Individual corporate webinars during which Lineapelle exhibitors will present the news in their collections”. The second (Fix The Future) represents the digital migration of Lineapelle fashion presentations, on this occasion referring to the 2022 summer season. The third is entitled The Future is Now: “Performance in streaming in collaboration with Dyloan Studio (Manufacturing Technologies for Fashion , Art and Design). The high quality materials of Lineapelle’s exhibitors become the creative tool through which innovative technologies for product enhancement can be developed”. The fourth is Smart Matching, “a presentation of some significant experiences of collaboration and sharing between companies that have developed projects and products in synergy. Special stories, to be discovered in detail to open up new evolutionary horizons”.

Lineapelle Trend Area Roadshow

And it doesn’t stop there. Lineapelle, in fact, has decided to launch the Trend Area Roadshow initiative, transforming “its traditional stylistic showcase into an itinerant physical project”. It will start in Milan, “from March 15 to April 10, 2021, at Spazio Lineapelle at Palazzo Gorani, with access by reservation”. While the following stages enter the heart of the Italian districts of fashion manufacturing. In other words: “Scandicci, in the heart of the Italian leather goods valley. Strà, within the Veneto district of high-end footwear. Civitanova Marche, guests of the largest Italian district specialised in shoes production”.
