Lineapelle begins with a record announced several times in recent months and which, just a few hours before the stands open, has been conclusively updated. From tomorrow, Tuesday 20 September to Thursday 22, there will be 1241 exhibitors at Fieramilano Rho to present the Autumn/Winter 2017/2018 collections. In percentage terms: 6% more compared to the September 2015 edition. 763 Italians, 478 from abroad, from 43 countries. A show of strength, attractiveness and compactness for a fair standing as an <exhibitive, stylistic and commercial reference point – we read in a note from Lineapelle – for the fashion industry. Being present, therefore, becomes a must for tanneries, equipment suppliers, parts manufacturers, fabrics and synthetics, especially during such a complicated economic period>. A host of new features, starting from the new location of the Trend Areas, set up inside the exhibition halls (and no longer in raised LEMs) and increased from 2 to 3. They will be in halls 13-15, 9 and 22. An organisational choice which, like the shifting of dates (previously Lineapelle was due to take place from 7 to 9 September), was implemented to intercept the needs of visitors and exhibitors most effectively. A further important new feature regards this newsletter, which for the three days of the fair is turning into a Lineapelle Special Edition which, alongside the most important news from the leather sector, will also offer a widespread, thorough insight into everything that happens at the fair.
