Two years and nine months later: Lineapelle calls, London answers

It’s strange, but that’s just how it is: it’s been two years and nine months since the last attended edition of an event that for British style and manufacturing had become a small must. A one-day event called Lineapelle London that on Tuesday, September 6, reopened its doors at the usual venue of the Ham Yard Hotel, after closing them in January 2020, before Covid shocked the world. Result: to Lineapelle’s call, London answers “present”.

Lineapelle calls, London answers

Lineapelle returned to London with an exploratory formula, with a view to a renewed, seasonal presence. At the Ham Yard Hotel, trends for the 2023/2024 winter season, which will be the protagonists of the upcoming Lineapelle 100 (September 20-22), were showcased in a trend area. Two seminars explained them in detail to an interesting number of visitors, whose entrance to the fair is a reassuring testimony in view of the present and future.

One day event

It was said to be an “exploratory formula”. While waiting to recalibrate the event on a bigger dimension, in fact, Lineapelle London was characterised by the proposal of some one-to-one meetings by appointment. These were organised by a group of companies made up of Gruppo Mastrotto, Conceria Meridiana, Malaigia Pellami, Conceria Nuvolari, Conceria Ge-Fin, Tessitura Attilio Imperiali, Clic, Italian Converter and Paoletti Tessuti.
