A 2nd round of Questione di Pelle with Cristiano Burani’s presentation. The return to Spazio Lineapelle just a few days after the first event (by Mario Dice on Wednesday, February 23rd), of a show part of Milano Fashion Week, closed on the 28th. Simply put: leather was an absolute lead character on Saturday the 26th in Palazzo Gorani, as we will explain here in this article.
At Spazio Lineapelle with Cristiano Burani
If Mario Dice, transformed Piazza Gorani into an open catwalk on February 23rd, Cristiano Burani turned the codes of fashion upside down on Saturday. He did so by projecting the fashion movie that you can see here below, using it as setting on one of the Piazza’s buildings. All while showcasing items from the latest collection inside Spazio Lineapelle (in photo).
Innovative language
“For next season FW23 – explains Burani -, we decided to talk about out looks and leather with an innovative approach”. How? “By giving life to a fashion movie that talks about what it means to be Italian, colors, research, taste, experimentation and accessibility. I don’t think there is another material that is as ductile, sustainable and evergreen as real leather, of which even the waste created during the manufacturing process can become a new decorative element”.
