Pattern, 12 million for new Turin headquarters

Pattern Group announced an investment of 12 million euro to build its new headquarters in Turin. The move to the new site (Collegno location) is scheduled for 2025. Pattern group is present in 7 Italian regions with 13 plants, and the entity ended 2023 with a revenue of 145.6 million euro and operating profit of 23.4 million. This group is active in the production of luxury clothing and accessories lines in the fashion show segment and men’s and women’s first lines.

The new headquarters in Turin

This new site will be built on an area of about 22,000 square meters, and it will be built with the financial support of Intesa Sanpaolo. In fact, Pattern has obtained a 12 million euro loan benefiting from the Green guarantee issued by Sace, and thanks to it, the building will house offices, production laboratories and warehouses. With the project having the claim of achieving the highest levels of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, once built. “This operation physically creates a new hub of engineering excellence in the Italian fashion and lifestyle segment, following the principles that have inspired us from the beginning to respect the environment and our people”, commented Luca Sburlati, CEO of Pattern Group, together with Franco Martorella and Fulvio Botto, founders and majority shareholders.

Movements

Pattern announced, on March 2023, the sale of about three-quarters of the Turin factory where Burberry is now based, which the latter uses it for technical development of outwear. Pattern’s most recent transaction, on a timeline, was the owned acquisition, through S.M.T. (80% subsidiary), of Umbria Verde Mattioli (UVM), a company specializing in the production, processing, and marketing of luxury knitwear.
