French leather goods top brand Le Tanneur is about to face a generation turnover: in fact, the average age of their employees is getting rather advanced. In addition, most of all, they will have to hire new workers to keep up with increasing orders and deliveries: very good news, then, for the company, which has been recently bought out a few times. Therefore, Le Tanneur are going to take on 10 people, to begin with, by the end of March. They will be employed at the plant located in Bort-les-Orgues, where over 300 employees are currently working, as reported by francebleu.fr. They do not require any previous experience nor specific qualifications: recruitment and staff selection will be based on some mock interviews to assess the applicants’ attitude. Newly hired employees will be subsequently provided with a training course. According to a yearly contract, hourly pay will be 10 euros. Le Tanneur will employ 30 more people by the end of 2019.
