A comeback at Lineapelle based on participation, which aligns with the slogan of Lineapelle’s next edition (February 20-22 at Fieramilano): Be Part of This Game. The direction will be from Giorgio Linea, In The Making act II and will have a precise goal in mind: putting visitors to the test and have them make small leather goods.

The list of workshops is long, interesting and articulated. Each one will last 45 minutes and will take place all 3 days of Lineapelle 103: Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00am to 6:30pm, Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm. In The Making is back
Act II of In The Making won’t just be a laboratory on leather goods. It will be a “dreamlike path – writes Lineapelle – capable of stimulating the five senses, and inspire designers, buyers, professionals and young talents”. How? “Through a jungle made by experimenting all the possibilities offered by a flexible, lively and fascinating material such as leather”. So, “In The Making Act II presents itself as an interconnected space”, managed by “Giorgio Linea, reference company in the extra-luxury made-in-Italy leather goods’ segment, led by Barbara Ricchi”.
Act II
The artistic direction of the project was given to Antonio Barbieri. “Entering the area of In the Making Act II means going beyond imagination”. It will be like “entering another dimension. The name of the experience is Capriccio, Leather Experience, which puts together the craftsmanship of Italian tradition with fashion, interior design, technology and art. It will bring visitors towards the future of leather goods and it will be similar to a secret garden filled with sounds, smells, light and shades”. It will be fun, and there will be a lot to do.
