La Martina relies on Principe for made in Italy leather goods

La Martina si affida a Principe per una pelletteria made in Italy

La Martina relies on Principe. The brand from Argentina, famous above all among polo enthusiasts, has signed a license agreement with the supplier in Varese. The agreement provides that the Lombard company will develop La Martina leather goods starting from autumn-winter 2020-2021 collections. Principe has 60 years of experience in the leather industry, and is already a licensee for Cerruti 1881 and Blauer.

The agreement also provides a novelty for Principe. The company is historically oriented towards the production of leather goods, footwear and fashion accessories. It is now expected to be extended to the travel and luggage segment. “This is a liaison that will allow us to expand not only in terms of volumes – Ernico Roselli, CEO of La Martina explained to Fashion Magazine -, but iregarding also the perception of the brand and visibility on the markets, with the opening of new channels”. For La Martina, however, this is not the first bridge built between Argentina and Italy. In fact, for over a decade, La Martina footwear has been produced in the workshops of Giano. The company from Marche, based in Torre San Patrizio, has been the licensee of the brand since 2006.
