Confirmations are coming: Saint Laurent and its new Tuscan hub are closer. The brand has found an agreement for the Scandicci hub. It was confirmed by François-Henri Pinault, CEO and President of Kering, to MFF: “We have closed an agreement in recent days for Saint Laurent production hub in Scandicci. In the future, we will continue to invest in Florence”.
The Scandicci hub
At the end of August 2019, it is the premise, Saint Laurent, the municipality of Scandicci and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti have announced the assignment of the Palazzaccio to the French brand. The 25,000 square meter building was originally built for the Ministry of Finance. The maison will plant there the production of leather goods.

Kering’s CEO was in Florence to receive the Fiorino d’Oro.
