Lineapelle opens its 97th edition (today and tomorrow from 9 to 18:30; and Friday from 9 to 17) and makes a statement regarding its wish to look forward. The common denominator of this edition is the word “future”. The future of materials, the green footprint of the fashion and luxury market, of style, and of information. Lineapelle 97, lasting three days from October 2nd to the 4th at Fieramilano, “looks forward” and meets the world (as well as making its visitors meet).
Guarantee of internationality
Lineapelle 97 starts by hosting more than 1,270 exhibitors (coming from 46 countries) and expecting over 20,000 buyers from 114 nations to visit its stands. The Milanese business experience will also welcome 9 official delegations made of operators from China, Korea, France, Japan, Russia, United Kingdom, Spain, United States of America and Sweden.
Innovative mission
The second edition of Lineapelle Innovation Square, an event that Fulvia Bacchi, Lineapelle’s CEO, describes as follows: “Our objective is not just to show to our marketplace what’s happening in the world – states Fulvia Bacchi -, but to be able to anticipate the changes and create a web of connections, along with an operating system, that will allows to maintain our international leadership even in the mid and long period”. Over 30 speakers, from Research and Development institutes and high-profile companies, will compare notes with “the public sector, via presentations, cases and by showcasing the available opportunities that companies can use to meet the market’s future demands”.
