Prada Group is confirmed among the best-performing luxury holding companies. The entity, in the process of acquiring Versace, ended 2024 with net revenues of 5.4 billion euro, +17% compared to 2023, mainly thanks to Miu Miu. Looking at the numbers, it really doesn’t seem to have suffered 2024 as hard as other fashion conglomerates.

Satisfaction
The group’s chairman, Patrizio Bertelli (pictured right), emphasized that “our multi-year investments in industrial capacity and know-how, our manufacturing platform, and our people, are differentiators in an ever-changing industry environment that demands quality, agility, and efficiency. Despite the uncertain environment, we look forward to 2025 with confidence, continuing to work and invest for sustainable, long-term growth”. Andrea Guerra, CEO (pictured left), added, “We ended 2024 with very positive results for all of our brands, recording four consecutive years of double-digit growth, as well as a significant increase in margins and cash generation, all contributing to a very solid balance sheet position”. The net financial position at the end of 2024 was 600 million euros, an amount that could help finance a potential acquisition.
