Time for closing. J&F, the holding company that takes control over JBS meat group’s majority share, has signed the transfer of dairy Vigor to Lala Mexican group (transaction amounts to 1,3 billion euros roughly). The company transfer plan had been announced by Batista family a while ago: liquid assets will help the group face toward their financial debts. By the way, lately the group has announced further transfers: Vigor is not the only one then. According to Brazilian press, JBS has closed their manufacturing plants located in Morro Grande (760 jobs at risk).
