Lineapelle joins the Beauty Expo. A side event, though, since materials and finished product exhibitions don’t go hand in hand timewise. Still Lineapelle, the Italian and international leather top fair, will embellish the “Super Fashion Week “, on the agenda next September. Save the date then: next September, for the first time, Milan Fashion Week and the main sector fairs (theMicam, Mipel, TheOneMilano, White and Super) will run at the same time, thus making Milan a unique landmark for our fashion system. Such accomplishment has been carried out thanks to valuable endeavour made by the Fashion and Accessory Committee, lead by undersecretary Ivan Scalfarotto, and set up by Ministry of Economic Development , aiming to gather all promoters of the Italian fashion system major events. Hence fairs and runway shows not taking place Milan, or lined up in other dates, will be supposed to take part with side events. For instance Lineapelle, whose next edition is already planned at Fieramilano Rho, on October 4, 5, 6, still being present at the Beauty Expo (quoting Scalfarotto’s definition). Agreement was signed on February 10. Starting from next summer, Italian fashion will have one worldwide window.
