After walking on water, we can walk on ice now: Vibram makes it feasible. At Lineapelle93 they have presented Artic Grip, a new tech application for the lifestyle market. Aiming to impress the audience, they enabled visitors to test the special sole on a wet icy floor inside the stand (https://www.facebook.com/laconceria/videos/2034079036838051/). That’s the urban version of the innovative invention designed by Vibram for outdoor three years ago: “An answer to meet customers’ needs thus ensuring advanced safety and better grip on most slippery surfaces such as wet ice, though creating a lighter version of it, suitable for dress and casual”, points out Davide Canciani, Group Marketing Director. While celebrating Carrarmato’s 80th birthday, the first sole by Vibram most adopted by several brands in the world, the company has also presented a new pattern book of open soles, newly designed by Hiromi Nakamura and Bruno Bordese.
