One and a half million euros as a total production bonus for its employees. Gruppo Mastrotto doubles the budget for its employees. A choice that, as the Vicenza-based tanning group states, is intended as a reward for “the results achieved during the year“. And, also, “for the great spirit of resilience and sacrifice demonstrated in a context such as that of 2021, which is particularly complex on an economic and social level“. The decision is part of the “process of enhancing human capital through the People, Next Level project”.
Gruppo Mastrotto doubles the award
“This decision,” reads an official statement, “stems, first and foremost, from the evaluation of the assiduous commitment and ample flexibility demonstrated by the workers in coping with a year that is still difficult due to the effects of the pandemic”. A year “that will see, however, Gruppo Mastrotto close in these days the 2021 budget with results that are proving very satisfactory“. Results, as reported by Affari & Finanza on April 11, which should lead to closing the year “with over 330 million euros in turnover and about 60 million euros in EBITDA”.
The comment
“On behalf of the entire Board of Directors, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all our employees for the commitment and professionalism they have shown in these difficult years,” commented Chairman Chiara Mastrotto. “Thanks to a motivated and committed team, we are reacting positively to the complexity of the last two years. Doubling the award represents, in this particular historical moment, a concrete sign of recognition and support to our employees and their families“.
