First, cross-sector acquisitions. Now, the opening of an exhibition and networking space focused on footwear. Rino Mastrotto, the Vicenza-based tanning group specialising in “leather, fabrics and high value-added services for high fashion, automotive and interior design”, continues to make headlines. It does so by opening “The Hub space”, reads a note, “in the heart of the Riviera del Brenta, an important footwear district that is a symbol of Made in Italy”. In this way, “Rino Mastrotto strengthens its position as a partner for the world of luxury footwear”.
The Hub in Riviera del Brenta
The Hub, inaugurated last week in Fiesso D’Artico, “represents another example of integration and synergy between the companies acquired”. A project path of “diversification, undertaken since 2020 with the acquisition of Nuova Osba. Then continued with the entry of other industrial excellences such as Tessitura Oreste Mariani, Carroll Leather, Morelab, Imatex and Mapel Group”.
Strengthening the partnership
