Keep yourselves free on April 5. Cotance, the association representing the national tanning unions in Brussels, will present the results of the ERICA project. That is, the “European Repository of the Industry Collective Agreements” project, developed in the framework of the European social dialogue between Cotance and the trade unions. UNIC – Italian Tanneries also collaborated to the project. You can watch how it goes on April 5 online by registering here.
The objectives of the ERICA project
The project intends to create an online database of national collective agreements for tannery workers in force in the European member countries of Cotance. The tool is useful for comparative analysis and improvement of key elements of national collective bargaining. How? “By promoting a better knowledge of the European social dialogue – says a note by UNIC – and facilitating the dissemination of best practices”.
