Chiorino Technology has just changed its ownership. As reported by Il Sole 24 Ore, Arcadia Small Cap II, a private equity fund run by Arcadia SGR, bought out the overall capital assets of the tannery headquartered in Piemonte. Chiorino Technology, whose revenues, in 2017, amounted to 30 million euros (+20% on annual basis, growing for the fourth year in a row), confirmed the deal, which is going to be settled today. Such buyout, achieved without resorting to any financial incentive, is the first project implemented by the fund: they currently have 63 million euros available, and aim at collecting 100. In autumn 2016, Chiorino Technology had delegated a finance advisor to find some business partners.
