With the Mexican investment, Conceria Pasubio adds the 13th factory to its manufacturing network and enriches, after Italy, Germany, Serbia and South Africa, its global ramification. The plant in Guanajuato, a state that is home to the country’s tanning and footwear districts, will employ 540 people within three years, half of them women. Authorities celebrated: the arrival of the Italian holding company, which boasts clients of the rank of BMW, Maserati, Volkswagen and Stellantis Group, strengthens the positioning as an automotive cluster with the strategy of diversifying production sectors and attract international investment.
